Charcoal tablets contain medicinal charcoal, which is used to remove toxins from the stomach and intestines.They are used for diarrhea and poisoning caused by heavy metals, foods and medicines.No prescription is required for this product.

Each tablet contains 250 mg of medicinal charcoal as the active ingredient.The following excipients are included: calcium (palmitate, stearate), microcrystalline cellulose, povidone and white clay.

Contraindications

Dosage

For diarrhea, adults take 2 to 4 tablets, dissolved in plenty of liquid, 3 to 4 times a day.Children take half the dose.In the event of poisoning, the dose can be increased to up to 50 tablets, which are mixed in liquid to form a paste.In this case, taking a saline laxative 30 to 60 minutes later is also recommended.

It is used for diarrhea until bowel movements normalize.If treatment remains unsuccessful after 3 days, a doctor should be consulted.

Intake

The tablets should be allowed to disintegrate in plenty of liquid before taking.

No special precautions are required regarding the ability to drive and use machines.
