Directions for use of the medicinal product Cactus compositum, dilution for injection: Indications: Cactus compositum is used for feelings of anxiety in the region of the heart (pectanginal complaints). Contraindications: The medicine must not be taken if there is an allergy to any of the active substances or other ingredients. Precautions and warnings: In the event of pain in the region of the heart which may radiate to the arms, the upper abdomen or the region of the neck, or in the event of shortness of breath, medical clarification is required. There is insufficient experience with the use in children under 12 years of age. During pregnancy and lactation, the doctor should be consulted before use. Duration of treatment: The medicine should not be used for a prolonged period without medical advice. Directions for use: In case of a forgotten dose, do not take a double dose. The doctor or pharmacist should be consulted if there are any questions about the use. Side effects: In individual cases, short-term complaints such as palpitations, accelerated heartbeat, drop in blood pressure or dizziness may occur.
