Area of application

This cream is used to soften the stratum corneum of the skin and improve moisture regulation.It is used for various dry skin conditions that can also cause pathological changes.These include neurodermatitis, aging skin and ichthyoses, which are known as congenital keratinization disorders.The cream is also suitable for basic treatment during symptom-free intervals for neurodermatitis.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The cream contains 100 mg of urea per 100 mg.Other ingredients include cetearyl glucoside, cetostearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, citric acid, glycerol 85%, sodium hydroxide, thin paraffin, stearic acid, medium chain triglycerides and purified water.These ingredients support the effect and consistency of the cream.

Contraindications

The cream must not be used if you are allergic to urea or any of the other ingredients.It is also not suitable for acute weeping or inflammatory skin diseases.In addition, the cream should not be used for abraded, acute skin inflammation.If you have kidney failure, it should not be used over large areas.

Dosage

The cream should be used exactly as described or after consulting a doctor or pharmacist.The recommended dose is one to three times daily use.The duration of treatment depends on the clinical findings and is decided by the treating doctor.There are no clinical data available for use longer than three weeks.If an application is forgotten, double the amount should not be applied.

Patient information

You should speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use.The cream must not come into contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.It should only be used in children and adolescents after consulting their doctor.The cream has no or negligible influence on the ability to drive and use machines.
