Parodontal Mouth Ointment is used for the temporary supportive treatment of inflammations and sores in the oral cavity and gums. The gel contains lidocaine, which immediately numbs the pain, and anti-inflammatory substances such as camomile and sage. The mouth ointment adheres well and contains no preservatives. It can be used by all age groups, including infants and the elderly. For teething infants, people with braces and denture wearers, it provides long-lasting pain relief. The mouth ointment should be used until symptoms subside. If symptoms persist or recur, it is advisable to consult a doctor. People with hypersensitivity to the ingredients or certain pre-existing conditions should not use the mouth ointment. During pregnancy, the use should be coordinated with the doctor. The medicine may transfer a small amount of lidocaine into breast milk. It is recommended to read the package leaflet and consult the doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions. The mouth ointment can be used up to 3 months after opening and should be stored at room temperature.
