The gray-haired cistus, also known as Cistus incanus, is a native aromatic plant that has been forgotten.This plant far exceeds the polyphenol content of red wine, onions and blueberries in both variety and quantity.The cistus is extremely polymorphic, meaning that it has different shapes and properties depending on where it is located.For our organic tea, we only harvest plants that have traditionally been used as home tea.

Preparation

To make a delicious tea, put 2-3 tablespoons of organic rockrose tea herb in a cup and pour 1 liter of boiling water over it.Let the tea steep for 2 to 5 minutes, depending on your taste.

Our tip: Refine the tea with lemon and honey for a special taste.

The cistus organic tea can also be prepared cold and mixed with fruit juice or enjoyed as iced tea.For a particularly intense aroma, you can put the tea herb in a saucepan with cold water, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes with the lid closed.
