Prostess uno is a herbal medicinal product for the improvement of prostate complaints caused by benign enlargement of the prostate. It helps with discomfort during urination caused by benign enlargement of the prostate. It contains the active ingredient saw palmetto fruit thick extract. Treatment with Prostess uno should only take place after a confirmed diagnosis under medical supervision. The medicine only improves the symptoms without correcting the enlargement of the prostate. It should be checked regularly, especially in case of blood in the urine, urinary tract infection or acute urinary retention. The dosage is one soft capsule per day after meals with sufficient liquid. The medicine should not be used by children and adolescents under 18 years of age. It should not be used if there is hypersensitivity to the ingredients. Side effects may include gastrointestinal complaints and high blood pressure. Interactions with other medicines are possible.
