Area of application

Zinkit® 10 is used to treat clinically confirmed zinc deficiencies if these cannot be remedied through diet.The preparation supports the immune system in the event of an existing zinc deficiency.

Active ingredient per tablet: 44 mg zinc sulfate-7-water, corresponding to 10 mg zinc ion.Other ingredients: lactose-1 water, colloidal silicon dioxide, talc, sorbitol, macrogol 6000, magnesium stearate, sucrose, macrogol glycerol hydroxystearate, montan glycol wax, sodium dodecyl sulfate, povidone K25, corn starch, carmellose sodium, glucose solution, calcium carbonate, white clay, arabic gum, titanium dioxide, stearic acid,microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose.

Contraindications

The product must not be taken if you are allergic to zinc sulfate x 7 H2O or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Dosage

Recommended use of Zinkit® 10: 1 coated tablet 1-2 times daily (corresponding to 10-20 mg zinc).The coated tablets should be taken on an empty stomach, well before a meal, with plenty of liquid.

Patient information

There is no evidence that impairment occurs in road traffic, when working with machines or when working without a secure footing.

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.The medicine may only be taken during pregnancy if there is a proven zinc deficiency.
