Tebonin forte 40 mg is a medicinal product containing the active substance extract of ginkgo biloba leaves. It is used for the symptomatic treatment of mental performance deficits in progressive decline of mental abilities (dementia syndrome). The main complaints associated with this syndrome are memory impairment, difficulty concentrating, low mood, dizziness, ringing in the ears and headaches. It can also be used to increase pain-free walking distance in cases of arterial occlusive disease in the limbs. In addition, it can be used to treat vertigo and as a supportive treatment for ringing in the ears due to circulatory disorders or age-related regression. It is important to note that frequently occurring dizziness and ringing in the ears should always be clarified by a doctor. In the event of sudden onset of hearing loss or hearing loss, a doctor should be consulted immediately.
