Zinc is a vital trace element that performs a variety of tasks in the body.It is particularly important for a functional immune system.A zinc deficiency can manifest itself in an increased susceptibility to viral or bacterial infections.Zinkit® 10 effervescent tablets can effectively compensate for this deficiency and thus strengthen the immune system.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The effervescent tablets contain the following active ingredients and excipients: 44 mg zinc sulfate 7-water, which corresponds to 10 mg zinc ion, 0.15 mmol zinc ion and 14.7 mg sulfate ion.Additionally, citric acid, sodium cyclamate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, saccharin sodium, sorbitol and passion fruit flavor are included as excipients.

Area of application

Zinkit® 10 effervescent tablets are suitable for the treatment of clinically confirmed zinc deficiency conditions, provided these cannot be remedied through diet.No prescription is required for this product.

Dosage and intake

The recommended dosage is one effervescent tablet 1 to 2 times daily, which should be dissolved in water.This corresponds to a daily zinc intake of 10-20 mg.The effervescent tablets should be taken on an empty stomach and well before a meal.

Contraindications

The preparation must not be taken if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to zinc sulfate or any of the other ingredients of the drug.

Patient information
