Instructions for use for DORMUTIL N Tablets, 20 pc
Information for use with the article Dormutil N: Dormutil N is a sleeping pill from the group of antihistamines and is used to treat problems falling asleep and sleeping through the night. The tablets should be taken unchewed in the evening 30 minutes before going to bed with some liquid. The usual dose for adults is 1 tablet (50 mg diphenhydramine hydrochloride), which should not be exceeded. Patients with impaired liver or kidney function should be given lower doses. The duration of treatment should be as short as possible and usually only a few days, but not longer than 2 weeks. If sleep disturbances persist, it is advisable to consult a doctor. The medicine should be kept out of the reach of children and should not be stored above 25°C. It should not be disposed of in sewage or household waste. As I work shifts, these sleeping tablets are sometimes indispensable for me, even though I try to avoid them. But they work quickly and you have far fewer side effects than with prescription medication. However, it works better for me than valerian, teas etc. Tip: If you can plan/foresee that you won't be able to fall asleep, take it an hour before going to bed. Under no circumstances should you plan too little sleep, otherwise you will still notice something ;-)

I always take a whole tablet when I want to sleep through the night. I always have problems falling asleep and when I finally do, I usually wake up once or twice a night. In the morning I am often very tired and not at all rested. It's a real relief when I take a tablet 1-2 times a week in the evening before going to bed and can sleep through until the next morning. You immediately feel more rested than usual. And the price is great. I've also had weaker sleeping tablets but they didn't help me very well. Then I had to take two. But not here. They are perfect.

Good product if you can't sleep, which works. The next morning you don't notice anything from taking it and can start the day well.

Good reserve for insomnia, with no noticeable excess the following morning...I find this medication well tolerated...just don't forget NOT to take it regularly.

Half a tablet approx. 30-45 minutes before going to bed is completely sufficient...no symptoms of tiredness or sluggishness the next morning, as with other sleeping tablets...price-performance ratio also top...overall judgement 5 out of 5 stars...top
