Esberitox ® mono drops are a herbal medicinal product for the prevention and treatment of colds. It contains purple coneflower juice as the active ingredient. The medicine should not be taken by children under one year of age, persons with hypersensitivity to purple coneflower or plants of the composite family, and persons with certain diseases such as tuberculosis, leukaemia or multiple sclerosis. It is also not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Esberitox ® mono drops should be taken undiluted, 4 ml 3 times a day for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over. The duration of treatment should not be longer than 10 days. Possible side effects may include hypersensitivity reactions, gastrointestinal complaints and changes in the blood count. Storage should be childproof and the medicine should be used within one month after opening the bottle. Esberitox ® mono drops are available in 50 ml and 100 ml packs. It should be noted that Esberitox ® mono drops contain 22% alcohol by volume.
