Area of application

This mouth and throat therapeutic agent is used to support the treatment of bacterial inflammation of the mucous membrane in the mouth and throat.It helps to free the diseased mucous membrane of pathogens and effectively relieves mouth and throat infections.The gargle solution tastes pleasant and fresh like peppermint.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The gargle solution contains dequalinium chloride as the active ingredient.Other ingredients include macrogol glycerol hydroxystearate, sodium cyclamate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate 2-water, sodium hydroxide, sodium N-lauroyl sarcosinate, patent blue V, poloxamer 188, propylene glycol, purified water, peppermint flavor, peppermint oil and cinnamaldehyde.

Contraindications

The medicine must not be used if you are hypersensitive to dequalinium chloride or any of the other ingredients.This also applies if you are hypersensitive to Balsam of Peru.The medicine is not suitable for infants and young children under 2 years of age as there is a risk of laryngeal spasm.People with bronchial asthma or other respiratory diseases that are associated with severe hypersensitivity of the airways should also not use the medicine, as inhalation can cause shortness of breath or trigger an asthma attack.

Dosage

Always use the medicine exactly as directed.Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is to rinse or gargle with 1 tablespoon of the gargle solution for 15-30 seconds in the morning and evening after meals.The medication should not be used long-term without medical or dental advice.Stop taking the medicine a few days after the symptoms have subsided.
