Directions for use of the article Helixor A 0.1 mg Helixor A/-M/-P solution for injection, an anthroposophic medicinal product, is used for the extended treatment of tumour diseases. It is made from fresh mistletoe herb and can also be used for concomitant disorders of the haematopoietic organs, benign tumour diseases and defined precancerous conditions. The dosage varies according to the stage of the disease and the individual reaction of the patient. It is applied by subcutaneous injection near the tumour or metastases. Side effects such as a slight increase in body temperature, local inflammatory reactions and allergic reactions may occur. In case of overdose, inflammatory reactions may occur at the injection sites. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should exercise caution.
