Application

Internal use to relieve mild digestive problems such as heartburn and flatulence

Adults (including the elderly): Pour 150 ml of boiling water over an infusion bag of sage leaves and let it steep for about 10 to 15 minutes.The daily dose is 3 times a day.

External use to relieve minor skin inflammation

Adults (including the elderly): To make an infusion, pour 100 ml of boiling water over 2 infusion bags of sage leaves and let them steep for about 10 to 15 minutes.The infusion is applied to the affected skin areas twice a day.
