The medicine contains the following active ingredients: bitter fennel tincture, chamomile flower tincture and peppermint leaf tincture.Ethanol is used as an extractant in a concentration of 34% (v/v).Ethanol also serves as an excipient in this preparation.

Dosage

Always take the medicine exactly as directed.Adolescents aged 12 and over and adults should take a single dose of 35 drops (1.7 ml), a total of five times daily.If symptoms are severe, adults can take up to 70 drops (3.4 ml) up to four times a day for a short period of time (max. 2 days).The recommended daily dose is five times the single dose.If you feel that the effect is too strong or too weak, please talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Fennel preparations should not be taken for long periods (several weeks) without consulting a doctor or pharmacist.

If you forget to take the medicine, do not take double the amount next time, but continue taking it as prescribed by your doctor or as described in the dosage instructions.

The medicine is taken as an oral liquid with a little water before meals.

Patient information

Particular caution is required when taking the drug if you have gallstone disease.In this case, you should only use the medicine after consulting a doctor or pharmacist.If symptoms last longer than a week or recur regularly, you should consult a doctor.There are no sufficient studies on the use of the drug in children aged 6-12 years.For this reason and due to the alcohol content, it should not be taken by children aged 6-12.

Due to the alcohol content, even when used as intended, this medicine can alter the ability to react to such an extent that the ability to actively participate in road traffic, operate machines or work without a secure footing is impaired.You can then no longer react quickly and specifically enough to unexpected and sudden events.Do not drive a car or other vehicles!Do not operate any electrical tools or machines!Do not work without a secure hold!

Contraindications

The medicine must not be taken by children under 6 years of age, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if there is a known hypersensitivity to peppermint, chamomile and/or other composite plants, fennel and/or other umbelliferous plants and any of the other ingredients.

Pregnancy

The medicine should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to insufficient examinations.

Notes

No prescription is required for this product.A slight clouding or flocculation of the tincture caused by, for example, temperature changes has no influence on effectiveness and tolerability.
