Description of the drug

This medicine is an exfoliating and antibacterial gel intended for use on the skin.It is particularly used for acne caused by hormonal changes during puberty.The gel is particularly suitable for the facial area and is also suitable for sensitive skin.No prescription is required for this product.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The gel contains 40 mg of benzoyl peroxide, containing water, and 30 mg of benzoyl peroxide as active ingredients.Excipients include carmellose, sodium salt, microcrystalline cellulose, ethanol 96% (v/v), laureth-4, macrogol 400, octadecan-1-ol, polyethylene glycol (7) stearyl ether, concentrated hydrochloric acid and purified water.

Application of the drug

Apply the gel thinly to the affected skin areas 1 to 2 times a day.The application is suitable for adults as well as children and teenagers.Use the gel until the inflammatory skin symptoms subside, which usually takes at least 4 weeks.

Special instructions for use

If you apply more gel than intended, skin irritation may increase.In this case, you should reduce the amount applied or wash off the excess with water.If the gel is accidentally swallowed, discomfort in the esophagus and stomach area may occur.In this case, see a doctor immediately.If you forget to use it, do not use a double dose, but continue treatment with the usual amount.Before you stop using it or interrupt it for a longer period of time, discuss this with your doctor or pharmacist.
