Fasting tea, a herbal tea made from nettle, rooibos, cinnamon, roasted mate, peppermint and bean pods, is used to support fasting. Infuse with bubbling boiling water and let steep for at least 6 minutes. The tea is suitable for fasting and purification cures. Possible contraindications are a known hypersensitivity to the ingredients. One infusion bag is used per cup. The manufacturer of the fasting tea is Bombastus-Werke AG from Freital, Germany.
