"Nettle tea is a herbal medicinal product used to flush the urinary tract and to prevent and treat kidney gravel as well as to support the treatment of rheumatic complaints. The recommended dosage is 1 cup of the tea infusion 3-4 times a day, prepared from 4 teaspoons of nettle leaves and approx. 150 ml of boiling water. Consultation with a doctor is recommended for acute complaints that last longer than 1 week or recur. No side effects are known so far. Persons with hypersensitivity to the ingredients should not use the product. The medicinal product should be stored away from moisture, in the dark and below 25°C. It is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should seek medical advice before use. In case of bloody urine, fever or persistent symptoms for more than 7 days, a doctor should be consulted. The composition of the medicinal tea consists of nettle leaves. Caution is advised in case of allergies to certain ingredients such as ascorbic acid, St. John's wort or hawthorn."
