Summary: Ambix Intrastick Safe is a safe port cannula system designed to puncture port membranes with pinpoint accuracy and minimal puncture. It offers protection against puncture, cut and scratch injuries. The safety system has a 3-fold telescopic pull-out, which makes the procedure safe according to TRBA 250. The cannula irreversibly locks into place and is secured all around, which prevents contact with the cannula when handled properly. With a patented spoon cut, Ambix Intrastick Safe enables low-punch insertion. The flat handle with integrated bellows offers high wearing comfort and strain relief. The port cannula position is secured by an integrated adhesive and the system has a self-sealing safety valve. A 20 cm extension line is also included.
