Directions for use of the article Doppelherz Magnesium + Calcium + Copper + Manganese System: - Product description: Food supplement in the form of tablets containing magnesium, calcium, vitamin D, copper and manganese. - Recommended use: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, unchewed and with sufficient liquid. - Nutrients per daily portion (1 tablet): Magnesium (210 mg), calcium (420 mg), vitamin D (5 µg), copper (500 µg) and manganese (1.0 mg). - Notes: Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
