Area of application

Tannosynt® Cream is a nourishing cream that is used for itchy, weeping and inflamed skin.It provides the skin with moisture and oils, thereby strengthening the skin barrier.The cream is easy to spread, absorbs quickly and is particularly well tolerated, making it suitable for sensitive skin areas such as the face.It can be applied to large areas and is suitable for the supportive treatment of skin diseases such as neurodermatitis, eczema (including lip licking eczema), diaper rash, sunburn or insect bites.

Mode of action

The Tannosynt® cream contains the synthetic tannin tamol, which is based on nature and has an astringent effect.Tamol solidifies and thickens the top layer of skin, strengthening the skin's natural protective barrier.This protective film covers the affected areas of skin and stops sore skin from oozing.This means that the skin reacts less sensitively to stimuli, the itching is relieved and germs cannot establish themselves.The sore skin can heal faster under the protective film.

100 Grams of Tannosynt® cream contains 1 gram of phenol-methanol-urea polycondensate, sulfonated, sodium salt (synthetic tannin).Other ingredients with known effects include cetyl alcohol and propylene glycol.

Contraindications

The medicine must not be used if you are hypersensitive to the active ingredient or one of the components or to the eye.There are no concerns about its use during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to the lack of absorption.

Dosage

The Tannosynt® cream is intended for external use only.To support the treatment of inflamed, weeping and itchy skin diseases, the cream should be applied thinly 1-2 times a day and used daily until it has healed.Be careful not to let the cream come into contact with your eyes.Keep the cream out of the reach of children.No prescription is required for this product.

Intake

The cream may only be used externally.Apply the medicine thinly to the affected skin once or twice a day until it heals.

In lip licking and other facial eczema, the skin reacts with redness and itching and feels rough and dry.The slightly moisturizing Tannosynt® cream supplies the skin with oil and moisture, noticeably relieves itching and at the same time strengthens the skin barrier.Neurodermatitis progresses in episodes and is usually accompanied by severe itching.In acute phases and when inflammation subsides, Tannosynt® Cream is suitable for supportive treatment.The itching is relieved and at the same time the skin is supplied with oil and moisture.Hemorrhoidal problems at the anus are usually accompanied by pain, severe burning and excruciating itching.Sitz baths with Tannosynt® liquid have a beneficial effect, and external application of Tannosynt® cream can also help alleviate the symptoms.
