Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, this product should not be used.

Dosage

Recommended use of zinc orotate-POS®: Unless otherwise prescribed, adolescents and adults as well as children over 12 years of age take 1 tablet of zinc orotate-POS® 3 times a day.For long-term use, the dose is 1 tablet 2-3 times a day.Children aged 4 to 11 years take 1 tablet of zinc orotate-POS® twice a day.Take zinc orotate-POS® whole with a little liquid about half an hour before meals.
