Intrafix Primeline UV-Protect

Intrafix Primeline UV-Protect is a standard infusion device for pressure and gravity infusions.It has a three-part drip chamber with different functions and components.The sharp piercing pin allows for easy piercing, even into hanging containers, and ensures that the infusion solution container is completely emptied.The manual vent door with integrated vent filter provides bacteria-proof and viral filtration efficiency to prevent microbial contamination when venting the solution container.The transparent dome with integrated macro dropper allows constant visual monitoring of the flow rate of infusion solutions, with 20 drops equal to 1 ml.The flexible pump chamber allows the liquid level to be adjusted quickly and easily.In addition, a liquid filter with a pore size of 15 µm is integrated into the drip chamber base, which protects against coarse particles.

The infusion device tube has dimensions of 3 x 4.1 mm and a length of 230 cm.It is pressure-resistant up to 2 bar and has UV-protected tubing that protects up to a wavelength of 500 nm.

Roller clamp

The roller clamp allows for fine and flexible adjustment of the flow rate.It offers a spike protection device for safe disposal and has a parking device to aid handling during venting.

IV-Administration pressure sets should be changed no later than 24 hours when used with an infusion pump.
