Prontosan® Wound GelIt is characterized by a firmer consistency that is particularly suitable for application to large wounds.

Properties

The hydrogel effectively dissolves wound deposits such as necrosis, fibrin and biofilm and at the same time prevents the formation of new deposits.It adheres well to extensive wounds, including severe burns, and is painless to use.Prontosan® Wound Gel X creates an environment that promotes healing and is suitable for repeated and long-term use.Once opened, the product can be kept for up to 8 weeks.In addition, as a hydrogel it is reimbursed by the statutory health insurance (GKV).
