Ginkobil ratiopharm drops 40 mg is a medicine containing Ginkgo biloba extract. It is used for the symptomatic treatment of performance disorders in the brain, circulatory disorders of the arms and legs, dizziness and tinnitus. The dosage for adults is either 20-40 drops three times a day or 40 drops twice a day. The medicine should be taken independently of meals. There are different pack sizes available. Before taking the medicine, make sure that you are not allergic to ginkgo biloba or any of the other ingredients of the medicine. Pregnant women should not take the medicine. In addition, there are certain precautions to take, especially if you are taking blood-thinning medication. Side effects may occur, including gastrointestinal discomfort, headache, dizziness and allergic reactions. If side effects occur, you should consult your doctor or pharmacist.
