I usually have problems with my digestion when I move (especially on holiday). I certainly don't need to explain how unpleasant and stressful this can be in the truest sense of the word. Laxatives should and must remain an exception, but if "nothing happens" for days on end (despite natural remedies such as sauerkraut, linseed, dried plums, sufficient water and exercise), I don't think a moderate resort to this medication is reprehensible. The tablets work reliably the next morning if taken in the evening (however, milk should not be consumed before/during and after taking the tablets as this impairs the effect).

As I struggle on the potty from time to time... Bowel rumbling, flatulence... Simply uncomfortable if you can't "go" properly. A small tray like this every three or four days is enough for me.

The application is easy to understand and very well tolerated. Ideally suited for holidays.
