Betula Folium D3 Abnoba ampoules are a registered homeopathic medicinal product of the anthroposophical therapeutic direction. It contains the active substance Betula pendula e foliis rec. col. Dil. D3 and is used as a liquid dilution for injection. The use is without indication of a therapeutic indication. The medicinal product should be used immediately after opening the ampoules and opened ampoules must not be stored as sterility is no longer guaranteed. Side effects such as slight burning during injection and local redness may occur but should subside after 72 hours. An increase in body temperature of up to 1.0°C and increased urination are desirable and indicate the patient's ability to react. The medicinal product should only be used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age after consultation with the doctor. Furthermore, it should not be used in cases of known allergy to birch leaf extracts. There are no known interactions with other medicines. The medicinal product should be stored out of reach of children and not above 25°C. It must not be used after the expiry date. One ampoule contains 1 ml of the dilution and comes in packs of 8 or 48 ampoules. The manufacturer is ABNOBA GmbH, based in Pforzheim.
