Area of application

Contraindications

This medicine must not be taken if you are allergic to pancreatin or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Dosage

The dosage is given in lipase units and depends on the severity of the disease, weight, diet and fat content in the stool.Children under 4 years of age usually receive 1,000 lipase units per kilogram of body weight per meal, children over 4 years of age and adolescents and adults receive 500 lipase units per kilogram of body weight per meal.The usual dose for a meal is between 25,000 and 80,000 lipase units, and half that for a snack.The total daily dose should not exceed certain limits.

Intake
