Areas of application

Formica D12 is an anthroposophical medicine that is used to stimulate and structure metabolic processes with an increased tendency to deposits and hardening.Areas of application include chronic rheumatic diseases, gout, osteoarthritis, muscle hardening (myogelosis), neuralgia and eczema.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The active ingredient in Formica D12 is Formica Dil.D12.The liquid dilution also contains ethanol as an excipient.The mother tincture and the liquid dilutions contain alcohol, with the exact details given in percent by volume in the composition.

Composition

Formica Ø (= D1), 10 ml contains: Active ingredients: Formica Ø * 10 ml with 36 vol.% alcohol.Formica D3, D4, D6, D12 and D30, 10 ml each, contain: Active ingredients: Formica Dil.D3, D4, D6, D12 or D30 * 10 ml with 18% alcohol by volume.

Instructions for use

Please read all of this leaflet carefully before you start taking Formica D12.Save this leaflet as you may want to read it again later.This medicine has been prescribed for you personally and should not be given to anyone else.If you have any further questions, please contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Application

Always take Formica D12 exactly as directed in the package leaflet.The usual dose for adults and school children aged 6 and over is 5-10 drops up to 2 times a day.Children 1 to 5 years old should take 5 drops up to 2 times a day, while infants in their first year of life can receive 3-5 drops up to 2 times a day.The drops should be taken diluted with water.

Duration of application

Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks.If you have gout, you should see a doctor if there is no improvement within 1-2 days.The duration of treatment for chronic diseases should be agreed with the doctor.

Side effects

There are no known side effects.If you still notice side effects, please contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Notes

Formica Ø up to and including D6 must not be used if you are hypersensitive to formic acid.There are no known contraindications for Formica D12.If symptoms persist or are unclear, you should consult a doctor.During pregnancy and breastfeeding, Formica should only be used after consulting a doctor.There are no known interactions with other medicines.
