Summary: Nicorette Chewing Gum 4 mg whitemint is an effective chewing gum for the treatment of tobacco dependence. It relieves withdrawal symptoms and supports smoking cessation. The gum can also be used to reduce cigarette consumption and eventually quit smoking altogether. It is designed for heavily tobacco-dependent smokers who smoked more than 20 cigarettes a day before treatment. Nicorette Chewing Gum 4 mg whitemint should be chewed slowly and with pauses to release the nicotine from the chewing mass. The duration of use is at least 3 months. Side effects may include increased salivation, irritation of the mouth and throat and reddening of the skin. The total dose should not be exceeded. Contraindications should be noted before use, especially in people with certain medical conditions and during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Use in children under 12 years of age is not recommended.
