Product description and intended purpose

Nobatop sterile 8 are sterile, 4-layered non-woven compresses that are binder-free and have a size of 10 cm x 10 cm.Each compress is individually packed in a practical packaging with a removal slot, with five pieces contained in a multipack.These compresses are ideal for general wound care, wound cleaning, wound covering, and absorbing blood and other body fluids.They are intended for single use and are characterized by their absorbency, air permeability, softness and skin compatibility.

Composition

The nonwoven compresses are made of viscose and polyester.No prescription is required for this product.

Normative and legal requirements

The nonwoven compresses are classified as medical devices according to the Medical Devices Act (MPG), Directive 93/42/EWG and Regulation MDR (EU) 2017/745 and belong to Class Is, Rule 4. They are checked in accordance with DIN EN 1644-1 and -2.Sterilization is carried out according to DIN EN ISO 11135. The product does not contain any dangerous toxic substances according to the REACH-regulation and carries the CE and DIN EN ISO 15223-1 markings on all packaging levels.

Packaging

The primary packaging consists of paper and film packaging.The secondary packaging is a cellulose folding box, and the tertiary packaging is a cellulose cardboard box.

Storage

The compresses should be stored dry and dust-free.

Contraindications

There are no known contraindications.However, if you have a known allergy to one of the components, the product should not be used.
