Mode of action

The test strips are specially designed for the blood glucose meter TD-4230.The device measures blood sugar levels within seven seconds using a volume of 0.7 microliters of blood.The measured data can be saved and read out via a USB-cable.A practical strip ejection function makes handling the test strips easier.

Dosage

Before using the blood glucose test strips, prepare all necessary supplies.Wash your hands, prepare the lancing device, meter and test strips, and have a container ready for the materials you will use.After removing a test strip from the pack, reseal the pack immediately to avoid contamination of the remaining strips.Insert the test strip into the measuring device and let it absorb the drop of blood.After the blood glucose value is displayed, remove the test strip and dispose of it properly.Clean the meter and lancing device and note the reading if necessary.

Product features

The Gluco Test Plus test strips are an in-vitro diagnostic for personal use and are only suitable for use with the TD-4230 blood glucose meter.They should be stored at temperatures between 4 and 40 °C, but not in the refrigerator.

The chemical composition of the sensor includes the following ingredients: glucose oxidase (from Aspergillus niger) at 10%, an electrical transfer carrier at 50%, enzyme protection at 8% and non-reactive components at 32 %.
