Mode of action

The breathalyzer ATC 1 Drei Guard is a battery-operated device that helps you determine your blood alcohol level after consuming alcohol.It is powered by six 1.5V alkaline batteries, which are included.The device also has four interchangeable mouthpieces with which you can determine your blood alcohol level at any time.The device's scale display ranges from 0 to 1.5 per mille, and the scale illumination can be activated at the touch of a button.If the battery status is low, the device indicates this with a yellow warning light.If you exceed the 0.5 alcohol limit, a red warning light lights up.The alcohol testing device works with a measurement accuracy of 5-10% deviation from the measured value.

Dosage

To use the breathalyzer ATC 1 Three Guard, please wait at least 15 minutes after drinking alcohol and at least 1 minute after smoking before using the device.Turn on the device by turning the switch to “ON” and wait until the green “Ready” indicator lights up.Then press the "Reset" button until the pointer in the scale is at "0".Breathe evenly and without pause into the mouthpiece on the top of the device for at least 8 seconds.Read the blood alcohol level on the display scale.If the red warning light lights up or the switch is in the red zone, you have exceeded the legal alcohol limit.To repeat the test, turn off the device by turning the switch to "OFF" and then repeat steps 2 to 4.

No prescription is required for this product.If the red warning light lights up, you are unfit to drive.If the yellow light illuminates, the batteries should be replaced to ensure proper operation of the device.The display lighting can be activated by pressing the "Light" switch.Please remember that blood alcohol levels can vary depending on your physical condition and state of health.After drinking alcohol, it can take up to 60 minutes to reach the highest blood alcohol concentration.It takes several hours for the body to break down the alcohol.
