The paste contains 30 grams of zinc oxide per 100 grams of paste.Yellow petroleum jelly is also included.

Application and dosage

The paste is applied to the affected skin areas once or several times a day.The zinc oxide it contains can get stuck in the laundry and is difficult to remove.Therefore, the treated skin area should be covered with a gauze pad, plaster or bandage.

The duration of application is generally not limited.If you feel that the effect is too strong or too weak, please talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

If you have used a larger amount of the paste than intended and this causes symptoms, please inform your doctor.This can then decide which measures are necessary.

Contraindications

Zinc paste BW must not be used if you are hypersensitive or allergic to zinc oxide or yellow petroleum jelly.

Special Notes

Before using other external medicines, zinc paste BW should be completely removed, otherwise the effect of these medicines may be impaired.

Zinc paste BW can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding if used as intended and following the dosage instructions.However, large area application in pregnant women and large area application to the breast in breastfeeding women should be avoided.

Do not use the medicine after the expiry date stated on the package.The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.

There is no experience with regard to impairment of the ability to drive or use machines.
