Instructions for use of the article Black Cumin Oil Aurica: Aurica Black Cumin Oil is a food supplement containing polyunsaturated fatty acids. It is extracted from the seeds of the Nigella Sativa L. plant. The oil has a slightly pungent taste and a high content of linoleic acid, which helps to maintain normal cholesterol levels. It can also be used to treat skin problems. The recommended daily intake is 20-25 drops (1/2 tsp, about 1 ml) and should be taken over a period of 3 to 6 months. The oil can also be used for cooking.
