HYLO Parin POS Eye Ointment is a sterile, preservative-free eye ointment designed to protect and care for the ocular surface, eyelids, cornea and conjunctiva. By forming a stable, transparent ointment film on the cornea and conjunctiva, the eye is protected from irritations such as redness, burning and itching. The ointment can also be used to care for the eyelids and the skin around the eye. The heparin sodium layer contained resembles the natural mucus layer of tears and keeps the surface of the eye moist, which keeps the tissue healthy and allows the cells to regenerate well. The eye ointment improves the tear film, reduces the feeling of burning, itching or irritated eyes and soothes redness. Using the ointment before going to bed can also prevent discomfort when waking up in the morning. The eye ointment can be used during the day together with moisturising eye drops and is suitable for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. It is recommended to follow the ophthalmologist's instructions and consult a doctor if symptoms do not improve. The ointment should be stored at temperatures below 25 °C and should not be used after the expiry date.
