Saline 0.9% B.Braun Ecob.Click Irrigation Solution Saline 0.9% B.Braun Ecob.Click Irrigation Solution is a sterile and endotoxin-free irrigation solution containing 9.00 g sodium chloride in 1000 ml water. It is recommended for various applications including irrigation and cleansing during surgical procedures, irrigation of wounds, burns and bladder catheters, moistening of wound tamponades, drapes and dressings, cleaning of instruments and accessories, intra- and postoperative irrigation during endoscopic procedures, filling of respiratory humidifiers as well as mechanical eye irrigation and nasal irrigation. The dosage depends on the respective situation. In case of overdosage, absorption of the irrigation fluid may occur, which may lead to hypervolaemia. In such cases, the irrigation must be discontinued and the water and electrolyte balance corrected accordingly. The solution must not be used for intrathecal irrigation procedures. Adverse side effects are not known. The solution should not be used after the expiry date stated on the label. The manufacturer is B. Braun Melsungen AG.
