Directions for use of the article Ardeybronchol Pastilles: Ardeybronchol Pastilles contain the active substance thyme herb dry extract. They are used to treat colds of the respiratory tract with viscous mucus and to loosen mucus in acute bronchitis. The pastilles should be sucked and the recommended dose is 3-4 pastilles 3 times a day for adults and children 6 years and older. It is important to follow the stated dosage as each pastille contains 8.925 mg of glucose. Treatment should be given until the symptoms have subsided. The pastilles also contain Arabic gum, maltitol solution, purified water, saccharin sodium, thin paraffin, bleached wax, glucose syrup, highly dispersed silicon dioxide, eucalyptus oil and peppermint oil. Ardeybronchol pastilles should be stored away from heat and must not be used after the expiry date. There are some indications to be aware of, for example a possible hypersensitivity to certain ingredients or an intolerance in diabetes. Only a few side effects have been observed so far.
