The medicinal product "Biotin Impuls 5 mg" is a vitamin preparation and is used for the prevention and treatment of a biotin deficiency as well as for biotin deficiency conditions in the very rare biotin-dependent multiple carboxylase deficiency. The recommended dose for adults is 1-2 tablets (corresponding to 5 mg - 10 mg biotin) per day, regardless of the meal. The duration of treatment depends on the course of the underlying disease. In case of an overdose, you should contact a doctor immediately. The medicine should be kept in a cool place (not above 25°C) and out of reach of children. It contains the active substance biotin (5 mg) and other excipients such as cellulose, crospovidone, lactose 1-water, magnesium stearate and povidone. Before use, you should note that the medicine must not be taken if you are hypersensitive to biotin or any of the other ingredients.
