Biotin beta® 10 mg

Biotin beta® is a vitamin preparation that is used to prevent biotin deficiency.No prescription is required for this product.

Application

Adults and children aged 6 and over take one Biotin beta® tablet daily, which corresponds to a dose of 10 mg biotin.To prevent a biotin deficiency, less than 0.2 mg of biotin per day is sufficient.For lower dosages, there are preparations with a lower biotin content.

The tablets should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid.

Notes

Biotin beta® contains lactose.If you suffer from an intolerance to certain sugars, you should only take the product after consulting your doctor.

If you are having a laboratory test, please inform your doctor or laboratory staff that you are taking or have recently taken Biotin beta®.Biotin can influence the results of such tests by incorrectly increasing or incorrectly decreasing them.You may be asked to stop taking Biotin beta® before the examination.Other products such as multivitamins or nutritional supplements for hair, skin and nails can also contain biotin and influence the test results.

Do not use Biotin beta® after the expiry date stated on the package.The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.

Ingredients

Each Biotin beta® tablet contains 10 mg of biotin as an active ingredient.The other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable), povidone K30, crospovidone and lactose-1 water.
