Lefax Extra Lemon Fresh Granules is a medical product for the relief of gas-related gastrointestinal complaints such as flatulence, bloating and cramping abdominal pain. The medicine contains the active ingredient simeticon, which reduces the surface tension of gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, allowing them to dissolve. Lefax Extra Lemon Fresh granules are taken with or after meals and are well tolerated. It is suitable for adults, adolescents aged 14 years and over and children aged 6 years and over, but should not be taken by children under 6 years.
