Ingredients of MYRRHINIL-INTEST®: 1 coated tablet contains: 100 mg myrrh, 50 mg coffee charcoal, 70 mg dry extract of chamomile flowers (4-6:1);Extractant: Ethanol 60% (m/m).

The other ingredients are: yellow wax, calcium carbonate, carnauba wax, cellulose powder, iron oxides and hydroxides E 172, iron (III) oxide E 172, spray-dried glucose syrup, cocoa butter, macrogol 6000, povidone K-90, shellac (bleached, wax-free), highly dispersed silicon dioxide, stearic acid (Ph.Eur.) [pflanzlich], sucrose, talc, titanium dioxide E 171.

Contraindications

If you are hypersensitive to any of the above-mentioned ingredients, especially chamomile and other daisy plants, the product should not be used.Since there are no sufficient studies regarding the use of the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding, the product should not be used in these cases.Coffee charcoal may interfere with the absorption of other medications.

Dosage

Recommended use of MYRRHINIL-INTEST®: Adults and young people aged 12 and over take 4 coated tablets 3 times a day with sufficient liquid before meals.

Intake

Please take the tablets whole with sufficient liquid (preferably 1 glass of water), if possible before meals.

Pregnancy

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine. The medicine should not be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to insufficient examinations.

Can I use MYRRHINIL-INTEST® with a probiotic and what should I take into account? MYRRHINIL-INTEST® can also be used as a probiotic for gastrointestinal disorders with diarrhea.You can take MYRRHINIL-INTEST® with the commercially available probiotics.We recommend initial therapy to stabilize the intestinal barrier/mucosa with MYRRHINIL-INTEST® for approximately two to three weeks before taking probiotics if your intestinal mucosa is inflamed.

How long can I take MYRRHINIL-INTEST®? MYRRHINIL-INTEST® is proven to be safe and well tolerated.It can also be taken over a longer period of time.This is particularly advantageous in the case of long-lasting and recurring diarrhea with abdominal cramps and flatulence, as the irritated intestine needs a certain amount of time to calm down again.

Application
