Kneipp Weight Reduction is a food supplement containing konjac glucomannan and L-carnitine. It is recommended to take 3 capsules 3 times a day before meals with 1-2 glasses of water. The konjac glucomannan has the property of swelling up strongly and thus triggers an increased feeling of satiety, which helps to reduce hunger pangs and save calories. Glucomannan also contributes to weight loss as part of a low-calorie diet. The product should be taken with sufficient water to allow the glucomannan to reach the stomach. People with swallowing difficulties or insufficient fluid intake should be careful as there is a risk of choking. A daily intake of 3 g glucomannan in three portions of 1 g each is necessary to achieve the desired effect. It is recommended not to exceed the stated recommended intake.
