Directions for use of the article Doppelherz aktiv Kalorien Blocker 2in1 Tabletten: Doppelherz aktiv Kalorien Blocker 2in1 Tabletten support a reduced calorie intake from food with the help of two protected brand-name active ingredients, OMTEC 50® (from natural fibre) and OMTEC XS® (from the white bean). These form a gel-like substance in the stomach that binds fats and carbohydrates and excretes them undigested. OMTEC 50® reduces the absorption of fatty food, while OMTEC XS® interrupts carbohydrate digestion. The recommended dosage is 2 tablets three times a day before meals. It is recommended to take an additional multivitamin and mineral supplement during intake to compensate for the loss of certain vitamins and minerals. The intake should not be taken for more than 30 days in a row, with a 4-day break afterwards. Doppelherz Kalorien Blocker 2in1 tablets should not be taken by children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. The tablets should be stored in a dry place between 5 and 25°C.
