Prontosan Wound Spray is a ready-to-use solution used for cleaning, rinsing and moisturizing superficial acute and chronic wounds and superficial burns.It is also suitable for moistening wound dressings and loosening encrusted bandages or wound dressings during dressing changes.It can also be used to clean the entry portals of transurethral and suprapubic urological catheters, PEG/PEJ tubes and peristomal skin areas.

The spray is sprayed over a large area over the entire wound and the area around it.This purely physical cleaning of the wound supports rapid healing, reduces scarring and prevents the formation of biofilm.It loosens encrusted wound dressings and bandages before they can be removed.

Prontosan Wound Spray is painless to use and shows good compatibility with catheter and probe materials.Once opened, the spray has a shelf life of 12 months.
