Instructions for use of the article Allevyn Foam Dressing 19x21 cm Non-adhesive Allevyn Non-Adherent Foam Dressing is a gentle non-adherent dressing and is particularly suitable for sensitive wounds. It has a strong foam core that treats wounds with moderate to heavy exudation. The dressing has contoured sides and sealed edges that provide effective leakage protection for up to seven days. It is flexible and can be cut to size and can be fixed in place with e.g. Opsite Flexigrid. Dimensions: 19 x 21 cm The Allevyn non-adherent foam dressing is gently adherent and supports the care of wounds on sensitive skin. Due to the foam core, the dressing has a high absorbency and absorbs exudate quickly. The dressing protects the wound from external influences and creates an ideal moist wound environment that accelerates the healing process. The dressing is easy to apply and remove and minimises pain during dressing changes. It does not stick to the wound and is particularly suitable for sensitive skin. The padding protects the wound from impact and reduces the risk of skin irritation and injury.
