Place the cuff at heart level and slide it over the upper arm until the lower edge of the cuff is 2-3 centimeters above the crook of the arm.The cuff should fit snugly against the skin and apply light pressure.Bend your arm slightly so that the upper arm muscle is slightly tensed, which increases the circumference of the arm slightly.Then pull the free end of the cuff tight and close the Velcro fastener.
