BIO-H-TIN Vitamin H 5 mg for 2 months tablets is a vitamin preparation used to prevent and treat biotin deficiency. It is also used in very rare cases of biotin-dependent multiple carboxylase deficiency. The tablets contain 5 mg biotin per tablet and are taken once a day, independently of meals. The recommended dose is 1/2 tablet per day, but 1-2 tablets can be taken daily. The tablets should be taken with sufficient liquid.
