Decristol in 20,000 E are in gel capsules and are immediately filled with oil, which is necessary for the absorption of vitamin D3.

Good alternative for people who are allergic to peanut oil, which is unfortunately contained in other vitamin D capsules.

Everything is okay! Vitamin D3 is very good. Only the price is too high...
