Allergo-Vision Sine 0.25 mg/ml eye drops, solution in a single-dose container contain the active substance ketotifen and are used to treat seasonal allergic conjunctivitis. The eye drops are used twice daily, one drop in each affected eye. The drops are put into the eye by twisting off the tip of the container. After application, the eye should be kept closed for 1-2 minutes to ensure that the drop remains in the eye. The duration of use is not limited and the medicine can be used during pregnancy and lactation. Possible side effects may include irritation of the eye, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, skin rash, eczema and hives. The medicine contains the active substance ketotifen fumarate and other excipients such as glycerol and sodium hydroxide. For more information on use and storage, see the package leaflet.
